Cancellation policy & cancellation form

Cancellation policy:

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) to:

Consequences of the revocation

If the customer cancels the contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs for a different delivery method), within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. The refund will be issued using the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction.
We may refuse to issue a refund until we have received the goods back or the customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned.

The customer must return the goods immediately and at the latest within Return the item to us within 14 days of cancellation. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Never Age Nutrition products are goods that, for health and hygiene reasons, must be returned unopened and sealed. In the event of any reduction in value, the customer is required to pay a reasonable fee for this reduction. This fee will be deducted from the purchase price refund issued by the seller. This also applies if the goods are returned incomplete.
