Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

In addition to the right of termination and the money-back guarantee, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract in writing within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email to office@neveragenutrition.com) of the decision to withdraw from this contract. The customer may use the attached model withdrawal form (see section 2), but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If the customer withdraws from a purchase contract, they must return the received goods to Never Age Nutrition GmbH immediately, but no later than 14 days after submitting the cancellation notice. The return period is met if the goods are sent within the period. The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer.

If the customer cancels this contract, Never Age Nutrition shall refund all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; under no circumstances will the customer be charged any fees for this refund.

Never Age Nutrition products are goods that, for health and hygiene reasons, must be returned unopened and sealed. In the event of a loss of value, the customer must pay a reasonable fee for this loss of value. This fee will be deducted from the seller's refund of the purchase price. This also applies if the goods are returned incomplete.
